About The Fund
The Fund has been established as an unregistered scheme with Huon Capital Pty Limited and Asia Pacific Asset Management Pty Ltd as co-investment managers.
The investment strategies and objectives of the Fund are to;
- Outperform, net of fees and charges, 6% over the RBA cash rate
- Preserve capital through an active approach to risk management
- Maintain high liquidity
- Reduce return volatility through the appropriate use of derivatives
- Capitalise on short term volatility to provide both opportunities to trade around fundamental value and actively utilising liquidity events to build or reduce positions
Continuous Disclosure Statement:
We would like to advise that Asia Pacific Asset Management (APAM) has resigned as co-investment manager of the 100 Leaders Active Equity Fund. Huon Capital has been co-investment manager since inception and will continue as sole investment manager of the Fund. There will be no material change to the process under which the Fund is managed. Houn have the resources and capabilities to cover all aspects previously provided by APAM.
