About The Fund
Fundhost Limited (ABN 69 092 517 087) is the Responsible Entity of Generator, Emergent and Maximiser Funds, all of which are managed by Excela Pty Ltd (ABN 25 124 028 244).
The investment objective of Generator is to provide a net before tax distribution of 10% pa on average over rolling 3 year periods with lower volatility than a single investment in in any one equity-based income strategy and with some potential for capital growth.
The investment objective of Emergent is to provide investors looking for growth from Emerging Markets with a convenient way of diversifying across different emerging market investments within one fund.
The investment objective of Maximiser is to produce growth returns over the medium to long term through investing in managed funds with a growth objective.
Unit prices for all three funds are published monthly and are set out in the monthly reports for the funds. Historical unit prices are available from Freeman Fox or Excela.
