Anne Ridgway

Director, Chief Executive Officer

Anne's key responsibilities include overall business strategy and execution, developing business processes, communication and staffing.

Anne has 20 years experience in financial services in banking, funds management, superannuation and capital markets including 3 years at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and 3 years at Bankers Trust Australia Limited.

Anne has also run a successful consulting business with a focus on development of new markets, new products and new business paradigms in financial services. Typical projects involve taking financial services businesses into new areas for the first time.

Being well versed in the technical issues for a number of areas of financial services is an asset, given the recent spate of regulatory and tax changes.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws University of Sydney and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Paul Dortkamp

Director

Paul began working with Fundhost in 2000.

Paul has been involved in the Australian Securities industry since 1971. Paul's early career in the Securities Markets Department of the Reserve Bank of Australia gave him a wide view of the securities industry in Australia and prepared him for the variety of roles during his career.

He has held senior investment positions in a variety of fund management firms, including Mercantile Mutual (now ING) and Legal & General Life. He was a Director and Head of Asset Allocation and Risk Management at First State Fund Managers (now part of Colonial First State).

He has recently served as a non executive director of an ASX listed infrastructure manager, a regional bank's responsible entity and superannuation trustee boards and held executive directorships of fund managers dating back to 1986.

Paul is an external member of boards, investment committees and compliance committees for a variety of financial institutions.

Paul is a Fellow of Financial Services of Australasia and holds a Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, as well as a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Diploma of Financial Services.

Mark Bennett

Director, Company Secretary, Head of Operations

Mark commenced working at Fundhost in April 2005. His role includes overseeing funds administration and client registry functions as well as acting as Company Secretary and Responsible Manager.

Mark has over 30 years experience in the funds management industry.

He was formerly Head of Business Solutions at Credit Suisse Asset Management where he devised and implemented their e-commerce strategy. Later as Head of Platform Operations he helped set up the wrap products.

Mark has also held positions of Head of Operations for E*Trade Australia and National Manager - Strategic Development at Perpetual Funds Management.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Warwick, UK. Mark obtained UK Certified Accounting qualifications, holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Drew Wilson

Drew has more than 15 years experience in wealth management gained in Australia, Canada & India.

Most recently, Drew was co-Founder & MD of Atom Funds Management, a Sydney-based small cap boutique with a team of analysts based in Bangalore, India. Early in 2011, Drew sold his stake in Atom to its corporate parent Sanlam Limited. Atom was a client of Fundhost's.

Drew is a commercial specialist focusing on sales, marketing, distribution, product development and operations of managed funds in Australia.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop's University, Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada. Drew earned a double concentration in Finance & Marketing.

Drew is a Canadian expatriate, coming to Australia in 2000 as Country Head of TD Asset Management (as subsidiary of the Toronto-Dominion Bank, one of Canada's largest banks). Drew has been a proud citizen of Australia for more than 8 years.

John Ballhausen

Responsible Manager

John commenced at Fundhost in November 2008.

He is a Responsible Manager for Fundhost.

In 2002, John founded Rimcorp Property Limited and became its Managing Director. In 2008, Rimcorp was successfully sold with approximately $100 million in funds under management in four registered property schemes.

John has held the position of Chief Investment Officer with a major insurance group, with responsibility for more than $3 billion of funds. The portfolio included fixed interest, equities and property.

John has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Jonathan Hestelow

Head of Fund Administration

Jonathan commenced at Fundhost in May 2008 and is responsible for fund administration, including fund accounting, unit pricing and registry. He is also a Responsible Manager for Fundhost.

Jonathan has been involved in financial services for 27 years, working with AMP, Colonial First State and Mariner. Jonathan has had experience in a variety of roles such as fund accounting & tax, unit pricing, system administration, statistics and projects.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Newcastle University, is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Certified Practicing Accountant.

Angela Ashton

Consultant

Angela joined Fundhost in September 2009.

Her role includes assessing fund managers who wish to use Fundhost services as well as assisting Fundhost clients with product structuring and placement, consultant and research relationships and distribution.

Angela has nearly 20 years experience in financial services and has held senior investment positions at QIC, InvestorWeb Research, van Eyk Research and AXA.

Dan Meng

Supervisor, Fund Administration

Dan joined Fundhost in 2006.

Her role includes unit pricing, fund operational duties, fund accounting and investor services.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Guizhou University and Masters of Commerce (Funds Management) and a Masters of Professional Accounting both from the University of NSW. She is currently undertaking Level 3 of the CFA programme.

Matilda Ridgway

Compliance Officer

Matilda joined Fundhost in 2003.

Her role includes anti money laundering monitoring and compliance.

Ernest Ridgway

Fund Administrator

Ernest joined Fundhost in 2007.

His role includes unit pricing, fund accounting, investor enquiries and general office administration.

Ernest completed a Statement of Attainment in Bookkeeping in 2007. He has commenced a Bachelor of Economics degree and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Sydney.

Kim Vu

Fund Administrator

Kim joined Fundhost in 2010.

Her role includes unit pricing and performance calculation, attending to investor enquiries, processing applications and redemptions and investor requests, as well as preparing fund reporting.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Western Sydney and has completed an Advanced Diploma of Accounting.

Irene Richardson

Office Administrator

Irene joined Fundhost in 2009, after 30 years experience in financial services and legal firms.
