Important Information October 2025– Registration and Class Names

We plan to register this fund in the near future.  What this means is that you will become a Class A unitholder and the fund will also be offering Class B units.  We are not changing the fees or other aspects of the fund, such as applications and redemptions or the investment process, so the effect on you will be minimal.  This change will take place over the next couple of months and it is worth noting that as a retail fund there are several features designed to provide improved investor protection such as a compliance committee.  Remember, in future you will be a Class A unitholder and you should look at the Class A performance details in any information that we send you.  If you have further questions, please contact Datt Capital or Fundhost.
