The Datt Capital Small Companies Fund Class A was established in September 2023. The Fund invests in 15–25Australian small and micro-cap companies outside the ASX100 across multiplesectors. Investment decisions are based on fundamental, bottom-up researchfocused on long-term growth potential, competitive advantage, and balance sheetstrength, not short-term market momentum or index composition.

The Fund is forward priced, you will receive the price struck subsequent to the receipt of your application/redemption request.

The Datt Capital Small Companies Fund is available only to Eligible Investors. The Fund is offered via an Information Memorandum.
