Investor Services Update:
In order to improve our service to you we have engaged the services of SS&C Inc, a large global administrator of investment funds. SS&C will now serve as the unit registry and administrator of our funds. SS&C will serve you in this role in the same manner that we did.
As part of this change, Fundhost email communications will gradually begin transitioning from @fundhost.com.au to @sscinc.com over the coming weeks.
During this transition period, you may receive communications from either email address. Both addresses are legitimate and should be recognised as official Fundhost communications.
Please be assured that this change relates only to our email addresses and does not affect your investment holdings, account information, reporting, your online account access or the services we provide.
To help ensure you continue to receive important communications from us, we recommend adding @sscinc.com to your safe sender list and updating any email filters you may have in place.
