Third Link Growth Fund (Fund) (ARSN: 130 165 552)

Philanthropist and well known investment industry veteran Chris Cuffe, has combined investment and charity to create the Third Link Growth Fund.

In a pioneering initiative designed to benefit both investors and the non-profit sector, the Third Link Growth Fund provides investors with the opportunity to invest in a professionally managed fund where all management fees, net of expenses incurred, are donated to the non-profit sector – without charging additional fees or diluting investment returns.

Fundhost is the responsible entity, issuer and administrator of the Fund.

The Fund is open to additional investments by all existing investors. Please be advised that the Fund has a new application bank account. The new application bank account details are enclosed in the Fund PDS. Investors should also provide an additional application form advising us of their investment. Alternatively investors can provide an email advising of the additional investment to admin@fundhost.com.au Please ensure you include your investor number or account name in the payment reference to assist us reconciling your payment.

Continuous Disclosure Notice: 13 November 2025

A meeting of the members of the Third Link Growth Fund ‘Fund’ was held 12 November 2025 with regard the following resolution: Extraordinary Resolution –

• the retirement of Fundhost Limited (ABN 69 092 517 087, AFSL 233045) as responsible entity of the Third Link Growth Fund (ARSN: 130 165 552) (Fund), and
• Evolution Trustees Limited (ACN 611 839 519, AFSL 486217) is chosen as the responsible entity of the Fund,

to take effect when the Australian Securities and Investments Commission alters its records to name Evolution Trustees Limited as responsible entity of the Fund.

Fundhost would like to advise that the resolution has passed. The earliest possible date at which a change of RE and administrator will occur is 8 December 2025.

For administration queries and transactions relating to the Fund, please continue to contact Fundhost Limited following the usual process.

Investors wanting to transact as at end of December should continue to follow the existing procedures as per the current PDS.

With regard to the Third Link Growth Fund (Fund) (ARSN: 130 165 552) issued by Fundhost Limited (ABN 69 092 517 087) (AFSL 233045) (Fundhost) under the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), as updated from time to time, Fundhost would like to advise that the purpose of this notice is to provide updated information pursuant to ASIC Corporations (Updated Product Disclosure Statements) Instrument 2016/1055 which is not materially adverse to investors in the Fund under the PDS. While these changes are not considered to be materially adverse to investors, they should be taken into account when making a decision to invest under the PDS.

Please be advised that National Australia Bank is no longer the custodian of the Fund. As at October 2024 the role of custodian for the Fund transitioned to HSBC Security Services.
