As you know, the AtlasTrend funds have terminated. However we will still be distributing realised gains and income as at 30 June 2024 (where available). For those investors who have elected to receive their year-end distributions by way of additional units, we wish to advise you that we will not be applying the reinvestment this year, given that the funds have been terminated. Instead, you will receive a cash distribution. Please ensure that your bank account information is up to date. Other than that, you do not need to do anything. We anticipate making final capital distributions by approximately 31 July 2024.

The Board of Fundhost in conjunction with Atlas Trend Pty Ltd, have resolved to wind up the following Funds:

AtlasTrend Big Data Big Fund (ARSN 607 700 167)

AtlasTrend Online Shopping Spree Fund (ARSN 607 699 098)

AtlasTrend Clean Disruption Fund (ARSN 626 109 635)

Unfortunately, despite ongoing marketing and distribution efforts, these Funds have not attracted enough investor inflow to grow to a size that would make them commercially sustainable.  AtlasTrend have not been able to find another suitable manager to take over these Funds.

The termination date is 19 June 2024. Fundhost will commence winding up the Funds immediately.

What the closure of the Funds means for you

As a result of the decision to close the Funds, we are no longer accepting any applications or additional contributions to acquire units in the Funds or any withdrawal requests.

We will begin to realise the assets of the Funds and calculate the liabilities.

Once the assets have been realised and liabilities permitted by the Funds’ constitution have been deducted, we will distribute the balance of the Funds’ assets to you in proportion to the number of units you hold.

To ensure that there is no unnecessary delay in receipt of your statements and distribution/s, please ensure that the contact and bank account details we have on file for you are accurate and up to date.
