Bug Report:  We are aware that some Investors are having difficulty logging in due to the two factor authentication system not sending TXT codes.  We are sorry for this.  We have identified the issue and are working with our supplier to fix the issue.  In the meantime, if you require account specific information please contact us – details below.

You can register for access online but if you prefer we’d be happy to help.

Please note that after registering, you should use the SIGN IN button to log in (and NOT the Register button).

For your cyber-security your password must be reset every 12 months.  Yes, this can be frustrating but a lot less so than being hacked.
