  • How do I change my details?
    Answer:

    For security purposes, we only accept signed instructions from the account holder.  You can find this form here.

    For bank account or address changes, we only accept signed original documents.  These may be posted or delivered to Fundhost.

  • Can I see my account on-line?
    Answer:

    Currently we do not provide this – but we are working on it now and hope to launch this new service in 2017.

  • How can I get a copy of my tax statement?
    Answer:

    Simply click here and send us an email.  Don’t forget to quote your Investor Number and/or the name in which the investment is held. Also, please make sure to send this request from the same email address that we have on file.
