  • How do I register for the new portal?
    Answer:

    For Individuals/Joint accounts:

    To register, you must use the Investment Registration Number that was supplied to you at the email address associated with your investment. We have emailed investors their Investment Registration Number. Please check your junk mail. Your Investment Registration Number is for one-time use only for your initial registration purposes and can then be discarded. This is different from the Investor Number you were supplied. If you have both individual and entity accounts, you must register as institutional. See below for the process for institutional registrations.

    Company, SMSF, Trusts, Associations etc are categorised by the portal as Institutional accounts:

    For company, trust or other entity type accounts, you would have received a system-generated email from the following no-reply email address: noreply@fundhost-investors.com.au. Please check your junk mail.

    The email will contain an individualised link that is required to register. Entity-type investors should choose the institutional investor option on the new portal.

    Once you have successfully registered, you do not need to register a second time. To sign in to your account from the investor portal homepage, please click the “SIGN IN” button at the top left of the screen.

    Security questions:

    For your security, you will need to answer security questions in order to register.

  • Why can’t I see my historic statements?
    Answer:

    For historic statements you will have to contact Fundhost: admin@fundhost.com.au. Historic transaction information is available on the portal.

  • How to access your investment information:

  • I didn’t get a registration email?
    Answer:

    Some mail servers may be a little sensitive, so please check your junk mail or spam folder. If it is there, please mark it as from a ‘safe sender’.

  • I want to change the email address that I use to login with?
    Answer:

    You can change your email address with us. Please contact us here: admin@fundhost.com.au or call 02 8223 5400

  • I’ve forgotten my password?
    Answer:

    Don’t worry, you can click here and reset your password.

  • My Profile has some incorrect information in it?
    Answer:

    Depending on what information is incorrect, there are a series of forms that are in the dashboard below your profile information. These documents which will allow you to submit changes to us. These forms must be filled in and signed before being emailed to us.  Please Note; for change of address, the form will need to be mailed to us.
