  • Wanting to add a new trustee?
    Answer:

    For investors wanting to add new trustees/directors to have individual access to the portal, the Fundhost administration team can (upon receipt of adequate authorisation) add the applicant to our registry system and generate a link to each new user for registration purposes.

  • How do I change my details?
    Answer:

    For security purposes, we only accept signed instructions from the account holder.  You can find this form here.

    For bank account change, we only accept signed original documents.  These may be posted or delivered to Fundhost.

  • How can I get a copy of my tax statement?
    Answer:

    Simply click here and send us an email.  Don’t forget to quote your Investor Number and/or the name in which the investment is held. Also, please make sure to send this request from the same email address that we have on file.
