DMX Australian Shares Fund (Fund)

The Fund primarily invests in ASX listed smaller companies, with the ability to invest up to 20% in NZX listed and up to 10% in unlisted securities. The objective of the Fund is to generate strong absolute returns for its investors over the medium and long term. To achieve this objective, the Fund invests in a carefully-constructed portfolio of smaller companies that the Investment Manager considers are yet to be recognised by the broader market and therefore offer the potential for meaningful returns over time. The Fund will typically invest in between 20 and 40 companies.

The Fund is open to wholesale investors with a minimum of $50,000 to invest.
