The Datt Capital Small Companies Fund Class B was established in November 2025. The Fund seeks to benefit from the insights gained through the management of the Datt Capital Absolute Return Fund.

Through this experience, Datt Capital has identified a number of promising investments within the Australian small company sector that are anticipated to provide strong fundamental growth over time.

Datt Capital believes that a fund with flexibility in this sector can performance relatively well relative to the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index (XSOA) over time. Returns are not guaranteed.

The Australian Registered Scheme Number (“ARSN”) for this scheme is 692 381 936.

The price you receive

The Fund is forward priced, you will receive the price struck subsequent to the receipt of your application/redemption request.

The Datt Capital Small Companies Fund Class B is available only to wraps and other similar platforms. The Class is offered via a Product Disclosure Statement.
